the hotel is near major attractions so walking is easy the staff are amazing i particularly appreciated the umbrella service in case of rain the breakfast was international and the coffee got a thumbs up. the junior suite was spacious including a large bathroom with two sinks the location is great on a quiet little street. the breakfast buffet offered many options i found the pastries hard to resist.
the sign is not illuminated at night making it harder to find

the hotel offers umbrellas for guests if it rains i thought this was a thoughtful service since unexpected weather changes are common during travel planning for such contingencies shows care.

every staff member i met was helpful and polite this made my stay more enjoyable their attentiveness greatly contributed to a positive experience they were a credit to the hotel and its operations.

The hotel has nice staff. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of items. The hotel has a very central location, within walking distance of main attractions.
My room did not have a coffee maker. The front desk staff did not greet me once . The lobby was not inviting to me.

the location was very good. it made getting around quite easy.
the room was colder than expected (even with the heating turned up). the toilet lacked additional heating, so it was quite uncomfortable. room cleaning could have been better as well.
