clean room in-room sauna lobby refreshments
The room was very clean. I had a suite! it featured a sauna i totally used. water, tea, and apples were always available in the lobby, i grabbed one each time i passed by

quiet street helpful staff room cleaning cold rooms
The location was AMAZING! it was on a quiet street close to the center. the staff was so polite and helpful. They gave great suggestions.
the room CLEANING wasn't the best! also, the rooms felt COLD. i think it's something they need to improve.

amazing staff umbrella service breakfast buffet
the hotel is near major attractions so walking is easy the staff are amazing i particularly appreciated the umbrella service in case of rain the breakfast was international and the coffee got a thumbs up. the junior suite was spacious including a large bathroom with two sinks the location is great on a quiet little street. the breakfast buffet offered many options i found the pastries hard to resist.
the sign is not illuminated at night making it harder to find

the hotel offers umbrellas if it rains i thought this was a thoughtful service since unexpected weather changes are common planning for such contingencies shows care.

the location is very close to major attractions allowing easy walks throughout the historic area many restaurants and cafes are nearby providing a good selection for meals and refreshments at any time.

every staff member i met was helpful and polite this made my stay more enjoyable their attentiveness greatly contributed to a positive experience they were a credit to the hotel and its operations.

quiet street great hairdryer unilluminated sign lack service
The location was good. it was near the center and on a quiet street. I appreciated that. the room had a nice bathroom and a great hairdryer too.
the sign wasn't illuminated at night. this made it harder to find. there was no one to take our bags, or even show us the room.
